The house silhouette hasn't changed in essential proportion for years, but the brief for this particular cut was narrower: a suit that reads correctly under office lighting and evening light without alteration. That meant a slightly higher armhole than is currently fashionable — better for movement, less flattering on a hanger, which is exactly the trade our tailors will always make.
Half-canvassed by hand for a jacket that moves with the body. Sixty individual measurements taken for the made-to-order version.
100% Super 150s wool. Cupro lining. Made in our Naples atelier.
