We tested this bag's proportions against actual airline carry-on limits before finalizing the pattern — a detail no client will ever notice consciously, but the reason it fits in an overhead bin that a superficially similar bag half an inch larger won't.

Craftsmanship

Reinforced base corners and a single continuous leather strap for the shoulder carry.
